Dr. Anđela Pepić

Anđela PEPIĆ is Head of Centre for Development and Research Support at the University of Banja Luka, as well as Assistant Professor at Sociology Department at the Faculty of Political Sciences University of Banja Luka. She received BSc in economics from the Faculty of Economics University of East Sarajevo. She obtained her Master degree at the School of Economics and Business, University of Sarajevo and her PhD in sociology at the Faculty of Political Sciences University of Banja Luka. Her main research interests include labour, migration, workers’ organizing and mobilization, trade unions and other forms of syndicalism. She has more than 15 years of experience programme and project manager, proposal writer, and researcher. She has been involved in both pre-and post-award activities as research manager and administrator, as well as researcher, since FP6 onwards. In the period 2018-2019 she was also Action Chair within COST Targeted Network TN1302 “BESTPRAC” and a Core Group member of EARMA BESTPRAC Thematic Group. Anđela has also been a change agent at the University of Banja Luka inspiring culture of inclusiveness, with particular focus on gender equality, particularly through her work
as Chair of the Gender Equality Advisory Board at the University.
