
Dr. Vesna Rašković Depalov
Dr. Vesna Rašković Depalov is a Project Associate at University of Novi Sad (UNS), Serbia. She received a BSc, MSc and a PhD degree in 2001, 2006, and 2011, respectively, all in economics. She started her career in the academic world, with parallel work with industry, working on raising entrepreneurial and innovative abilities. She has 20 years of experience in the industry as a trainer and consultant of start-ups, research teams and spin-offs. For the last 15 years, she has been working within the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) as an advisor for two areas: internationalization of company operations and innovative company operations, from business model development to preparation pitch for investors. She also works with research teams from the faculty on developing a strategy for the commercialization of their inventions, as well as raising readiness for technology transfer through various forms of cooperation between academia and business, as well as the establishment of spin-outs. She has delivered 600 trainings, 1400 consultancy, and has participated in 16 foreign and domestic in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation support.
